地方高校创新创业教育工作推进缓慢,步伐相对滞后,存在政策落实不到位、教师创新创业经验欠缺、实施条件不完善和课程体系不健全等问题,地方高校创新创业教育实施策略是强化创新创业理念、构建教学体系、营造良好氛围、完善保障机制等。只有切实提升大学生创新创业能力,才能有力推动创新创业教育。

Local universities'innovation and entrepreneurship work advances slowly and the pace is relatively backward,as there are such problems as inadequate implementation of policies,lack of experience of teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship,imperfect implementation conditions and imperfect curriculum system.Therefore local universities need to strengthen the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship,build a good teaching system,create a good atmosphere and improve the security mechanism so as to effectively enhance the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students and energetically promote innovation and entrepreneurship education.
