论职业院校旅游专业“导游词”课程教师的审美素养

On the Aesthetic Quality of Teachers for “Tour-Guide Speech” Course of Tourism Major in Vocational Colleges

当前我国旅游业已进入"全域旅游"转型发展的新阶段,旅游从业人员的审美素养直接关系到旅游业发展的整体水平。旅游职业院校要加强审美教育,为旅游业可持续发展提供高素质的人才支撑。职业院校旅游专业教师要从旅游审美知识、审美能力、审美态度、审美情感和审美价值观等方面提升自身的审美素养,更好地开展导游人才的审美教育。

At present,China's tourism industry has entered a new stage of "global tourism"transformation and development,the aesthetic quality of tourism practitioners is directly related to the overall level of tourism development.Tourism vocational colleges should strengthen the aesthetic education to provide high-quality professionals for the sustainable development of tourism.The teachers in tourism vocational colleges should enhance their own aesthetic quality in such aspects as tourism aesthetic knowledge,aesthetic ability,aesthetic attitude,aesthetic emotion and aesthetic values so as to better carry out the aesthetic education of tour guides.
