摘要 当前"铁路旅客运输服务"课程教学中存在重理论轻实践、理论和实践脱节、教材陈旧、与项目化教学不匹配、任课教师与铁路客运服务企业合作交流不够等问题。高职院校应按照"PDCA循环"理论,结合"项目化教学"理念,通过建立新教学资源、新教学手段、新合作机制和新的评价体系,形成"教、学、用、评"四位一体的课程教学模式。 At present,there are some problems in the teaching of Railway Passenger Transport Service course, such as paying more attention to theory than practice,disjointing theory from practice,obsolete teaching materials, mismatching with project-based teaching,insufficient cooperation and communication between the teachers of railway passenger transport service and the enterprises for railway passenger transport service.In accordance with the theory of PDCA cycle and the concept of project-based teaching,vocational colleges should build the quaternity course teaching mode based on "teaching,learning,using and evaluating"by establishing new teaching resources,new teaching means, new cooperative mechanism and new evaluation system.
