“有官者之龟鉴”:吕本中《官箴》研究

吕本中所著《官箴》虽不是中国历史上最早的一部官箴书,但却称得上是早期官箴典籍中最富特色和最具代表性之作。《官箴》的开篇语"当官之法,唯有三事,曰清、曰慎、曰勤"堪称全书之警策,道出了吕本中对于踏入仕途、临民理政且志在有所作为的官员所应具备的官德作风与修养的基本观点和主张。书中的诸多论断,既是他本人和前修时贤为官从政经验的总结,同时也体现了中华优秀传统文化的思想和精神,并且由于言简意赅、论述精辟,对后世产生了持久而巨大的影响。1990年以来,习近平同志的多次引述和创造性阐发,对于实现吕本中《官箴》及其当官"三事"的价值再发现和推动相关研究的持续深入开展可谓居功至伟,同时也为各级领导干部能动、自如地以史为镜、鉴古知今作出了表率、提供了示范。

Although Guanzhen by Lv Benzhong is not the earliest official admonition book in Chinese history,it is the most characteristic and representative book of its kind.Its opening words can be regarded as the epigram of the whole book,which expresses the basic views and propositions of Lv Benzhong on official morality and culture.Many conclusions about this book are not only the summary of his own experience of serving as an official,but also embody the spirit of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Moreover,his concise and comprehensive discourse has exerted a lasting and great influence on later generations.Since 1990,Xi Jinping has cited and creatively elucidated this book,which is of great importance to rediscover the value of this book as well as to promote the research of this book.
