胸腰椎疾病患者脊髓神经运动功能标准化评估流程的实施与效果评价

Application and effects of standard evaluation process of spinal cord motor function in patients with thoracic or lumbar diseases

目的探讨脊髓神经运动功能标准化评估流程在胸腰椎疾病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择河南省人民医院骨科病区2016年4-6月收治的60例胸腰椎疾病患者作为试验组,采用脊髓神经运动功能标准化评估流程。选择2016年1-3月收治的60例采用常规护理评估的胸腰椎疾病患者作为对照组。比较脊髓神经运动功能标准化评估流程实施前后护士专科理论及操作成绩、2组患者平均住院日、次均费用、医生对护士专科能力满意度。结果脊髓神经运动功能标准化评估流程的制定和实施,经过培训后护士的理论考核得分为(94.70±1.18)分,操作考核得分为(93.50±2.34)分;平均住院日为(6.10±1.98)d,次均住院费用为(29088±341)元;与对照组的(42.30±12.95)分、(46.80±15.31)分、(7.80±2.37)d、(37566±592)元相比,差异有统计学意义(t=4.76~8.31,均P=0.00)。医生对护士总体满意度从11/15提升至14/15。结论胸腰椎疾病患者脊髓神经运动功能标准化评估流程规范了护士的工作流程和操作标准,使护士的工作更加全面、及时、专业,对临床有较好的指导作用。

Objective To explore the effects of application of standard evaluation process of spinal cord motor function in patients with thoracic or lumbar diseases.Methods Selected 60patients with thoracic and lumbar disease treated in the orthopedic ward of Henan Provincial People's Hospital from April 2016to June 2016as the experimental group,We retrospectively analyzed 60cases of patients with thoracic or lumbar diseases treated with routine nursing evaluation process admitted between January to March 2016.We compared before and after the standardization evaluation process of spinal cord motor function,the theory and operation achievements of nurses,satisfaction of doctors with nurse specialist ability,mean hospitalization days and average cost of two groups.Results The development and implementation of the standardized evaluation process of spinal motor neurotically function,after the training,the theoretical assessment score of the nurse was (94.70±1.18)points,and the operation assessment score was (93.50±2.34) points;the average length of stay was (6.10±1.98)days.The average cost of hospitalization was (29088±341) yuan;the overall satisfaction of doctors to nurses increased to 14/15;compared with 42.30±12.95,46.80±15.31, 7.80±2.37,37566±592of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (t=4.76-8.31,P=0.00). Conclusion Application of the standard evaluation process for Spinal cord motor function in patients with thoracic or lumbar diseases can standardize nurses"working procedure,making nursing work more comprehensive,timely and professional,and can better guide clinical practice.
