合并急性脑梗塞剖宫产术麻醉处理1例 被引量：3

Anesthesia management for cesarean section complicated with acute cerebral infarction:a case report

摘要 孕妇,38岁,身高153cm,体重65.5kg,G13P1+1131^+2周宫内孕,单活胎。急性脑梗塞12d,因“急性脑梗塞合并妊娠”入院待产。入院后给予降颅压及抗血小板聚集治疗(口服阿司匹林肠溶片50mg/d)。入院体格检查:左侧鼻唇沟变浅,左侧痛觉判断下降,左侧肢体肌力0级,左侧巴宾斯基征阳性,右侧肢体肌力4级。瘢痕子宫,臀位。
