摘要
以4-溴-1, 8-萘二甲酸酐为主要原料,合成了一种新型结构Co^(2+)荧光探针(M3)。利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。研究了在不同溶剂中M3的紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱,并探究了Cr^(3+)、Al^(3+)、K^+、Zn^(2+)、Fe^(3+)、Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Co^(2+)、Ag^+对该化合物荧光光谱的影响。结果发现,Co^(2+)能让其荧光显著地猝灭。在探针浓度为1.6×10^(-5)mol/L时,Co^(2+)的浓度在0~3.2×10^(-5)mol/L范围内,探针荧光强度和Co^(2+)浓度成良好的线性关系,可用于钴离子的定性和定量检测。
A novel fluorescent probe for Co^2+ is synthesized with 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalic anhydride as raw materials.Its structure is characterized by UV-Vis,IR and 'HNMR.The influence of varied cations, such as Cr^3+、Al^3+、K^+、Zn^2+、Fe^3+、Mg^2+、Ca^2+、Co^2+、Ag^+ on its fluorescent is investigated.The results show that the fluorescent intensity of M3 can be greatly decreased by Co^2+.The influence of different Co^2+ concentration is investigated.When the concentration of M3 is 1.6×10^-5mol/L,the concentration of Co^2+ is 0~3.2×10^-5mol/L,the fluorescent intensity of M3 is a linear dependent on the concentration of Co^2+ ,and it can be used for qualitative and quantitative detection of Co^2+.
