羊毛织物的黑米染料染色

以去离子水作为提取剂,分别在室温和70℃下提取天然黑米染料,测试该染料溶液的紫外-可见光谱。以提取的黑米染料对羊毛织物进行染色,采用正交试验优化了直接染色工艺参数,并研究了硫酸亚铁媒染剂对染色效果的影响。结果表明,黑米染料对羊毛织物最佳的染色工艺为:90℃染色90 min,pH=5,染料浓度为提取染料原液。硫酸亚铁的最佳质量浓度为1.5 g/L,后媒法染色试样的K/S值较高,且染色牢度好。

Natural dyes are extracted from black rice with deionized water at room temperature and 70℃ respectively.The ultraviolet-visible spectrum of the dye solution is measured.The wool fabric is dyed with the extracted black rice dye.The process and parameters of direct dyeing are optimized by orthogonal test,and the effect of ferrous sulfate mordant on dyeing effect is studied.The results show that the optimum dyeing process for wool fabric with black rice dyes is:dyeing with the extract solution at 90℃ for 90min,pH=5.The optimum concentration of ferrous sulfate is 1.5g/L.The K/S value of wool fabric dyed by post-mordant method is high and the color fastness is good.
