摘要
为了改善胭脂虫红对棉织物的染色性能,采用过氧化氢和壳聚糖对棉织物进行改性处理。通过分析比较织物的强力和醛基含量,优选出合适的氧化剂质量浓度为2 g/L。探讨壳聚糖含量对胭脂虫红上染率和织物撕破强力的影响,确定壳聚糖的质量浓度为15 g/L。胭脂虫红在乙醇-水体系中对壳聚糖改性棉织物的染色热力学曲线为朗格缪尔型,且平衡上染量随染色温度的升高而增加。色牢度测试结果表明,壳聚糖处理氧化棉织物的耐水洗和耐摩擦牢度均有一定的提升。棉织物经壳聚糖改性处理后织物表面接触角增加,芯吸高度下降。
In order to improve the dyeing properties of cochineal carmine,the cotton fabric is treated with hydrogen peroxide and chitosan.The tensile strength and aldehyde content of the oxidized cotton are analyzed,and the hydrogen peroxide concentration is chosen as 2g/L.The effect of chitosan content on cochineal dye uptake and tearing strength of cotton fabric is discussed,and the chitosan concentration is chosen as 15g/L.The results show that in ethanol-water system,the thermodynamics curve of modified cotton fabric with cochineal dyeing is a Langmuir type,and the equilibrium dye up.take is increased with the increase of the dyeing temperature.The results show that color fastnesses to washing and rubbing of chitosan-treated oxidized cotton fabrics are both improved.The contact angle of cotton fabric treated with chitosan is improved and wicking height is decreased.
