基于意义建构理论的社会化搜索用户信息素养培育模式研究

Cultivation Mode of Social Search Users' Information Literacy Based on Sense-making Theory

[目的/意义]"搜索即学习",能否高效而精准地搜索到自己想要的内容已然成为信息时代人们不可或缺的"元素养"。因此,对社会化搜索用户信息素养的培育具有重要意义。[方法/过程]基于意义建构理论中"情境""鸿沟""桥梁"和"使用"四要素,通过微刻时序访谈法和中立型提问法对于用户社会化搜索全过程进行调研、编码和要素提取,并以此构建出社会化搜索用户信息素养培育模式。[结果/结论]对社会化搜索平台功能的完善以及社会化搜索情境下用户信息素养能力的培育给出参考和建议。[局限]研究进行调研的样本规模较小,后续可以扩大样本规模,并对模式进行检验和修改。

[Purpose/significance]"Search is learning",and it has become an indispensable "meta literacy"for people in the information era to search the content they want efficiently and accurately.Cultivating the information literacy in the social search context is of great significance.[Method/process]Based on the four elements of the sense-making theory,including "situation" "gaps bridges"and "uses",the whole process of user social search is investigated,coded and extracted through micro-moment time-line interview and neutral-questioning method.Then,the paper constructs the information literacy cultivation mode of users in the social search context.[Result/conclusion]The paper provides references and suggestions for improving the functions of social search platform and users'information literacy cultivation in social search context.[Limitations]The size of the sample for indepth interviews in the study is small,and the sample size can be expanded in follow-up studies to test and modify the mode.
