[目的/意义]数字科研数字环境下,实现科研实体唯一标识符的互操作有助于科研信息的交流、重用和集成,进而促进学术知识创新。[方法/过程]首先分析科研实体唯一标识符的发展现状及存在问题,进而从项目研究、理论研究以及互操作协议及措施三方面,对国内外科研实体唯一标识符互操作的研究现状进行全面梳理,从而得出当前互操作研究面临的主要问题。文章从影响互操作的几个关键问题着手,构建了科研实体唯一标识符互操作框架,包括元数据关联、元数据标准以及科研实体标识符管理机制几个方面。[结果/结论]科研实体唯一标识符互操作过程较为复杂,文章认为可从技术和管理机制角度,提出较为完整的互操作框架为互操作实施人员提供参考。

[Purpose/significance] In digital scientific environment,the interoperability of the unique identifiers of scientific research entities can facilitate the exchange,reuse and integration of scientific research information,thus promoting the innovation of academic knowledge. [Method/process] Firstly,the paper analyzes the research status and current dilemmas of research entity unique identifiers,then reviews the research status of research unique identifiers interoperability at home and abroad from project research,theoretical research and interoperability protocol,and the measures. Based on this,the paper concludes the main problems of current interoperability research. From the key problems affecting the interoperability,the paper proposes a scientific research entity unique identifier interoperability framework,including metadata mapping,metadata standards and management mechanism. [Result/conclusion] The research entity unique identifier interoperating process is relatively complex. From technology and management mechanism,the paper puts forward a relatively complete interoperability framework,which can provide references for interoperability staffs.
