城市公共交通作为居民出行的重要交通方式,对城市的发展具有深远影响。合理的公共交通模式能够有效促进城市健康可持续的发展。基于城市公共交通促进城市发展的理念,以创建公交都市为契机,研究城市公共交通发展水平发布机制。分析建立发布机制的意义及城市公共交通发展水平相关概念及内涵,对城市公共交通发展水平信息的收集与优化、公共交通发展水平预警系统设计、发展水平发布与反馈等内容进行分析研究,从不同角度构建、完善城市公共交通发展水平发布机制,指导城市公共交通合理有序发展。

As an important means of transportation for residents,urban public transport has farreaching impact on urban development.Rational public traffic mode can effectively promote the healthyand sustainable urban development.Based on the concept of urban public transport promoting urbandevelopment,in the paper the publicizing mechanism of urban public transport development level isstudied.The significance of establishing the publicizing mechanism,the concept and connotation of urbanpublic transport development level are analyzed.The urban public transport development level is analyzedin-depth,which includes the collection and processing of information,the design of early warning system,the release and feedback of development level,etc.the urban public transport development levelpublicizing mechanism is constructed and improved from different angles in order to guide the developmentof urban public transport in order.
