13份玉米自交系品质性状及种子活力的配合力分析 被引量:9

Combining Ability Analysis of Seed Quality and Seed Vigor for 13 Maize Inbred Lines

摘要 采用NCII设计(6×7)组配42份杂交组合,采用随机区组试验,测定杂交组合的品质性状和种子活力指标,分析自交系性状配合力、遗传参数、相关系数。结果表明,组合活力指数的变异系数较大,其他性状均较小。品质性状一般配合力分析,5003改良系、Mo17变异株较优良。活力指标一般配合力分析,5003改良系、78599较优良,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、脂肪、淀粉、蛋白质的广义遗传力和狭义遗传力均大于50%。除发芽率与发芽势、活力指数相关系数外,42份杂交组合的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数的相关系数均呈显著或极显著正相关。淀粉含量与活力指数、脂肪含量呈显著负相关;淀粉和蛋白质含量呈负相关,但未达到显著水平。 To analyze the combining ability of seed quality and seed vigor for 13 maize inbred lines, we crossed them to produce 42 hybridized combinations with NCII(6×7) design in randomized block experimental plots, andthen evaluated the gemination rate, gemination potential, gemination index, seed vigor index, as well as the contentsof fat, starch and protein for these seeds in the laboratory. The results showed that the variation coefficient of seedvigor index was the largest among the seven traits. Based on the general combining abilities of germination rate, germination potential, and germination index, 5003 improved line and Mo17 mutants were superior than other inbredlines. Besides, the broad-sense and narrow-sense heritability of the two inbred lines were >50% for all the measured traits. Except the relationships between gemination rate and gemination potential or seed vigor index, the other seed quality traits were all(extremely) significantly correlated with each other. The starch content showed negatively correlated with seed vigor index and fat content, and it was negatively related with protein content to some extent.
