玉米生产效率的微观测度及对比分析——基于玉米主产区868个地块的调研

Micro Measurement and Comparative Analysis of Maize Production Efficiency——Based on the Investigation of 868 Plots in the Main Maize Producing Areas

基于全国玉米主产区的微观调研数据,利用DEA模型测度玉米生产的投入产出效率,并从规模、服务外包等角度进行对比分析。结果表明,吉林省玉米生产效率值较高,规模效率值较高是原因所在。随着规模的扩大,玉米生产的技术效率值呈先升后降的态势。耕整地、播种环节的外包通过影响纯技术效率值而影响技术效率值;施药环节的外包会带来规模效应,进而提升技术效率值。

Based on the micro survey data of the main maize producing areas in China,this paper uses DEA model to measure the input-output efficiency of maize production,and makes a comparative analysis for the production scale,service outsourcing,etc.The results show that the efficiency of maize production in Jilin province is higher due to the higher scale efficiency value;with the expansion of the scale,the technical efficiency value of maize production showed decreased trend;tillage and sowing links outsourcing affected the pure technical efficien- cy value which influence the technical efficiency value;and the pesticide application outsourcing will bring econo-mies of scale,and thus enhance the technical efficiency.
