基于热结构耦合技术的制氢变换炉卸料口接管强度研究

摘要 以制氢变换炉卸料口为研究对象,采用热结构耦合方法,计算斜接管与筒体连接处的应力强度。通过对比不同角度斜接管的应力强度,得到斜接管的最优角度。对接管连接处作不同半径的倒圆角后可知:随着倒角半径的增大,斜接管与筒体连接处的最大应力值显著降低。 Taking the discharge port of hydrogen production shift converter as the research object,the stress intensity at the junction of oblique nozzle and cylinder was calculated by thermal structure coupling method.By comparing the stress intensity of the oblique nozzle at different angles,the optimal angle of the oblique nozzle was obtained.The fillet of different radius was made at the junction of the nozzle.The results showed that as the fillet radius increased,the maximum stress at the joint between oblique nozzle and cylinder was significantly reduced.
