摘要
为解决埋地敷设带岩棉包覆层热力管道的快速检测及准确定量问题,采用磁致伸缩超声导波检测技术进行研究。通过理论分析、样管实验以及某在用热力管道的在线检测结果,得出岩棉包覆层热力管道的衰减系数约为0.43 dB/m。在该管道中,导波的有效检测距离可达100m,缺陷定位精度在0.5m以内,因此,采用磁致伸缩超声导波检测热力管道具有较好的可行性。
In order to solve the problem of rapid detection and accurate quantification of buried rock wool coated thermal pipeline,magnetostrictive ultrasonic guided wave detection technology was used to study.Through theoretical analysis,sample tube experiment and on-line test results of a thermal pipeline in use,the attenuation coefficient of the thermal pipeline coated with rock wool was about 0.43dB/m.In the pipeline,the effective detection distance of the guided wave could reach 100m,and the defect positioning accuracy was within 0.5m. Therefore,it was feasible to use magnetostrictive ultrasonic guided wave to detect thermal pipes.
