常压罐车是危险品道路运输最主要的载体之一,但是近年来罐车事故频发,给人民生命财产与社会安定带来严重威胁。从标准规范、使用管理、安全附件及设计文件等方面出发,对常压罐车定期检验中遇到的问题进行讨论并提出相应建议。

Atmospheric tanker was one of the most important carriers for dangerous goods road transport. However,in recent years,tanker accidents had occurred frequently,posing serious threats to people's lives,property and social stability.The problems encountered in the regular inspection of atmospheric tankers were discussed from the aspects of standard specifications,use management,safety accessories and design documents,and corresponding suggestions were put forward.
