浅析承压设备用高分子材料的损伤机理

摘要 相比金属材料,高分子材料优异的耐腐蚀性能使其广泛用于腐蚀工况的承压设备。然而高分子本身的结构决定了其更易受使用环境的影响,在长期复杂工况下使用会不可避免地发生性能劣化,严重影响设备的使用安全。从不同高分子材料的特性出发,系统介绍了承压设备用高分子材料长期使用过程可能发生的主要损伤机理以及相应易受影响的材料,并提出了承压设备用高分子材料在役检验研究的重点问题。 Compared with metal materials,the excellent corrosion resistance of polymer materials made it widely used in pressure equipment for corrosive conditions.However,the structure of the polymer itself determined that it was more susceptible to the use environment.In the long-term and complex working conditions,the performance of the polymer would inevitably deteriorate,which seriously affected the safety of the equipment. Based on the characteristics of different polymers,the main damage mechanism and related materials that might occur during the long-term use of polymer materials for pressure equipment were introduced.The key issues of inservice inspection of polymer materials for pressure equipment were put forward.
