微试样制样工装的研制

摘要 由于材料的微损检验方法能直接用于压力容器材料的性能检测,目前其已成为科研机构争相研究的课题。在取样、制样、试验三个子课题中,微试样的制样方法因为成品率低、成本高的限制,还未取得相关研究进展。针对样品特点,经研究及试验获得了可靠的制样方法,并研制了一套制样工装(包含线切割、磨削、磨刃口三个夹持工装)。该套制样工装可以明显提高制样速度,同时提升样品的利用率,并且适应性广泛,可适用于非铁磁性材料。 Since the micro-loss test method of materials can be directly used for the performance test of pressure vessel materials,it had become a subject of research by research institutions.Among the three sub-topics of sampling,micro-sample preparation and test,the method of micro-sample preparation had not made progress because of the limitation of low yield and high cost.According to the characteristics of the sample,a reliable sample preparation method was obtained through research and experiment,and a set of sample preparation tooling (including three clamping tooling for wire cutting,grinding and edge grinding)was developed.This set of sample preparation tooling could obviously improve the speed of sample preparation and the utilization rate of samples.It had wide adaptability and could be applied to non-ferromagnetic materials.
