摘要
水资源短缺给水稻生产带来严重的威胁,节水抗旱性的研究是当今水稻研究的热点之一。对水稻节水抗旱的鉴定指标、相关基因的定位和克隆以及节水抗旱水稻品种的选育进行了概述。
The shortage of water resources has become a serious threat to rice production.The study on water-saving and drought-resistance is always one of the hot spots in rice research nowadays.In this paper,the identification index,the mapping,location and cloning of related genes of water-saving and drought-resistance in rice were briefly summarized,and the breeding and application of water-saving and drought-tolerant varieties of rice was also reviewed.
