针对当前我国村庄公共物品供给存在与农民需求不协调的问题和表达机制不完善的现象,从农民自身、村庄村委会、政府三个层面,深入分析我国村庄公共物品供给的民意表达存在的问题,通过建构"需求偏好表达、需求决策、需求回应"三维一体的民意表达模型促进我国村庄公共物品供给。
