"三位一体"新型监狱在秉承传统监狱职能和属性的基础上,主动拥抱现代信息科技元素,推动监狱工作决策和管理的便捷、精确、高效运行。它是践行改造宗旨的客观要求,是浙江省监狱管理局落实司法部提出创建示范监狱的实质内容和重要举措,必将有力推进监狱发展,为全国创建示范监狱提供浙江方案。"三位一体"新型监狱设计应体现安全、执法、矫正、保障等新型工作体系和具体建设标准,并从理念、规划、组织、制度、技术、保障等提出一系列可行的战略路径。

On the basis of adhering to the functions and attributes of traditional prisons,prison with new style of"Trinity"actively embraces the elements of modern information technology and promotes the convenient,accurate and efficient operation of prison work decision-making and management. It is the objective requirement of carrying out the purpose of reform. It is the essential content and important measure of Zhejiang Prison Administration to implement the Ministry of Justice’s proposal of establishing model prisons. It will promote the development of prisons and provide Zhejiang plan for the establishment of model prisons in the whole country. Prison with new style of"Trinity"should embody new working system and specific construction standards such as security,law enforcement,correction and security in design,and put forward a series of feasible strategic paths from concept,planning,organization,system,technology and guarantee.
