益阴宁神汤对海洛因依赖者稽延性戒断症的治疗及对患者NIHSS评分的影响

Effect of Yiyinningshen Decoction on Protracted Withdrawal Syndrome of Heroin Addicts and Tts Influence on NIHSS Scores

为了探讨分析益阴宁神汤对海洛因依赖者稽延性戒断症的治疗及对患者NIHSS评分的影响,选取2017年6月—2018年6月在陕西某戒毒所接受治疗的86例海洛因依赖者稽延性戒断症状诊断标准的患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组两个组别,对照组患者采用常规药物治疗,研究组患者采用益阴宁神汤进行治疗。结果显示,在海洛因依赖者稽延性戒断症的临床治疗过程中,使用益阴宁神汤的治疗效果较为显著,能够明显降低患者的症状量积分以及症状度积分,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

In order to explore and analyze the effect of Yiyinningshen Decoction on protracted withdrawal syndrome and NIHSS score of heroin addicts,86 patients with protracted withdrawal symptoms of heroin addicts treated in a detoxification center in Shaanxi Province from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method. The study group and the control group were divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with routine drugs and the patients in the study group were treated with Yiyinningshen Decoction. The results showed that the effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that,in the clinical treatment of protracted withdrawal syndrome of heroin addicts,the treatment effect of Yiyinningshen Decoction is remarkable,which can significantly reduce the symptoms and degree of symptoms of patients,and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
