合成毒品是以化学合成为主的一类精神药品或毒品。通过确诊为合成毒品所致精神障碍的21名患者,结合健康档案、病历资料回顾性分析,合成毒品主要损害人的中枢神经系统,导致类精神病样改变,经治疗预后良好,进一步探讨合成毒品所致精神障碍戒毒人员临床治疗及戒毒场所内的矫治对策,供戒毒治疗康复工作借鉴。

Synthetic drugs are a class of psychotropic drugs or drugs mainly composed of chemical synthesis.Through the retrospective analysis of 21 patients diagnosed as psychiatric disorders caused by synthetic drugs,combined with health records and medical records,synthetic drugs mainly damage the central nervous system of human beings,leading to psychotropic changes. After treatment,the prognosis is good. To further explore the clinical treatment of drug addicts with mental disorders caused by synthetic drugs and the corrective measures in drug addiction treatment places,so as to provide reference for rehabilitation work of drug addiction treatment.
