Improvement of Control System of Electrohydraulic Coal Tower Discharge Device

针对电液动煤塔放料装置继电器控制系统功能单一、故障率高导致煤塔漏煤事故频发的问题,提出了一套适应焦化现场工况的,可实现人机交互的基于西门子PLC的电液动煤塔放料装置控制系统。提高了煤塔放料装置控制系统的可靠性、稳定性、可维护性,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

The control system of the discharge device relay of electrohydraulic coal tower has simple function and high fault rate,resulted in frequent coal leakage accident occurred at the coal tower. Based on SIEMENS PLC,a set of control system for the discharge device of the electrohydraulic coal tower is put forward,which is suit to the working condition of coking site and can realize human-machine interaction.The reliability,stability,maintainability and production efficiency of the control system are increased,and cost is reduced.
