摘要
针对步进梁升降机构(中间支座)在生产中存在螺栓断裂的问题进行了分析。分析,找出了原因。实施了改进,提高步了进梁运行的稳定性,保证生产顺行。
The bolts of the lifting mechanism(intermediate support )of moving beam were fractured in the production.For this problem,an analysis is made,and reason is found out.After implementing modification,the stability of the walking beam is improved,and a smooth production is ensured.
