摘要
分析了专用锯床的工作原理。设计了锯床及上下料系统结构、装配方案。在动力设计方面,对锯床锯条的锯切力及电动机功率等参数进行了计算。对机床夹具部分进行了三维造型及运动仿真,并对关键支撑零件分别进行了应力应变分析和振动模态分析,为产品工作可靠性等奠定设计基础。
The principle of special sawing machine is analyzed.The structure and assemble plan and charging and discharging system are designed for the sawing machine.In the aspect of power design, the cutting force of saw blade and electric motor power parameters are calculated.The 3D modeling and motion simulation for the jig are made.The analysis of stress strain and vibration modal are carried out respectively for the key supporting parts.It lays a design foundation for the product reliability.
