摘要
为了解上海市STEM教育实施现状,文章对上海市中小学848位科学教师及科技教师进行问卷调查,并着重呈现STEM课程的开设与实施现状、承担STEM课程的教师情况与教师培训现状,并对教师态度、课程定位、师范生培养、STEM培训缺陷进行分析,总结已有成效与面临的挑战,提出以下发展建议:专家应协助各个学段设计与开发规范、系统的STEM课程,提高STEM教师职业吸引力,将教师培训系统化、专业化,由师范院校牵头、社会组织协同解决师资源头问题。
To understand the present situation of the implementation of STEM education in Shanghai,this paper has carried out a questionnaire survey among 848science teachers and teachers of science and technology in elementary and middle schools in Shanghai. It mainly investigates the present situation of STEM set-up and implementation,the STEM teacher condition and the situation of the teacher training,and analyzes teachers'attitude,course orientation,cultivation of normal university students and STEM training defects.The paper summarizes the existing achievements and challenges and puts forward the following proposals for development :The experts should assist the design and development of normative and systematic STEM courses from each period,and the school leaders should give strong support ; the school should improve the occupational attraction of teachers,and systematize and specialize the teacher training,and normal universities should take the lead and social organizations should work together to solve the problem of teacher quality.
