摘要 基于核心素养的新课程改革对学校的教研工作提出了新的要求,对接课程改革和教师专业发展的新特点,传统的教研方式和服务政策存在较大的问题,亟待转型与创新。经济领域供给侧结构改革理论可以为教研转型提供新的实践途径,从供给教育政策、供给教研方式、供给教研机制、供给教研形式、供给教研策略五个维度丰富和创新教研体系,协调教研供给侧和需求侧矛盾,探索供给侧视域下教研的可行性方案。从引领供给主体、资源供给、教研范式供给等方面探索核心素养背景下进行中学教研供给侧结构改革的实践途径。 The new curriculum reform based on the key competencies has put forward new requirements for the teaching and research work of the school.Owing to the new characteristics of the new curriculum reform and teachers professional development,the traditional teaching and research methods and service policies have great problems,and need to be transformed and innovated urgently.The theory of "supply-side structural reform"in ihe economic field can be applied to the transformation of teaching and research.Therefore,five dimensions can be enriched and innovated,including the supply of education policy,and the supply of teaching and research methods,mechanism,forms,and strategies.The contradiction can be coordinated between "supply-side"and "demand-side"of teaching and research,and the feasible scheme of teaching and research can be explored from the perspective of supply side.This paper also explores the practical ways to reform the supply-side structure of middle school teaching and research under the background of "key competencies"from the aspects of leading the main body of supply,the supply of resources and the supply of paradigm of teaching and research.
