Constructional Land Use Overview of Ningbo City

土地作为重要的资源在支撑保障经济社会发展、粮食安全和生态文明建设中,扮演着十分重要的角色。本文从历年宁波市土地利用现状出发,分析当前土地利用和土地供应结构中存在的问题,进一步研究土地利用变化和土地供给对经济社会发展的贡献,提出了转变土地利用方式、合理调整土地供应结构、促进土地节约集约利用等相关建议。

Land plays an important role in economic development,food safety and the development of an ecological civilization.This article proceeding from land use over the years in Ningbo city,analyses the problems of land use and land supply structure,and further studies on the impact of land use change and land supply on socioeconomic development.Many suggestions of sustainable land use like land use reform,adjustment of land supply structure,land saving,etc.,are given.
