不同试件成型方法的水泥稳定碎石混合料宏细微观结构性能 被引量:4

摘要 基于不同养护龄期内的无侧限抗压强度试验、劈裂试验、抗压回弹模量试验和间接拉伸疲劳试验,研究成型方式对水泥稳定碎石混合料宏观力学性能和疲劳性能的影响;基于工业CT的无损检测技术和VG软件的三维重构功能,研究试件成型方法对水泥稳定碎石混合料内部粗集料取向角和细微观三维空隙结构的影响。结果表明:室内振动压实成型试件的力学强度和疲劳性能与现场路面芯样吻合度最高,振动压实方法能够最大限度模拟水泥稳定碎石混合料施工现场的碾压效果,更适合水泥稳定碎石混合料的配合比设计。集料取向角、平均空隙直径与无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度及疲劳寿命之间的线性拟合关系良好,不同成型方法对水泥稳定碎石强度的影响机理在于成型方式改变了集料取向角、平均空隙直径等细微观结构性能。 Based on the unconfined compressive strength test,the splitting test,the compressive modulus test and the indirect tensile fatigue test,the macroscopic mechanical properties and fatigue properties of the cement stabilized macadam mixture were studied.Impact.Based on the non-destructive testing technology of industrial CT and the three-dimensional reconstruction function of VG software,the effects of specimen forming method on the orientation angle and fine three-dimensional void structure of coarse aggregate in cement stabilized macadam mixture were studied.The results show that the mechanical strength and fatigue performance of the compaction test are the highest,and the vibration compaction method can simulate the crushing effect of the cement stabilized macadam mixture at the same time.The aggregate orientation angle,the average clearance,the relationship between diameter and unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength and fatigue life is good.The mechanism of different molding methods on the cement stabilized gravel strength is that the forming method changes microstructure performance of aggregate orientation angle,the average pore diameter.
