摘要
基于分析旧建筑改造的过程与相应问题,探讨了基于三维激光扫描技术的BIM建模过程,即通过三维激光扫描获取既有建筑点云数据,导入点云处理软件进行预处理,与Revit软件对接建立既有建筑BIM模型。通过BIM技术在既有建筑改造设计中的改造前期、设计过程、性能设计等方面的应用,论证了BIM对既有建筑改造的设计阶段的设计与管理具有积极的作用。
Based on the analysis of the reconstruction process and corresponding problems of the old building,the.paper discusses the BIM modeling process based on three-dimensional laser scanning technology,namely,acquiring the point cloud data of the existing building through 3D laser scanriing, importing the point cloud processing software for preprocessing,and Revit software,docking establishes the .process of building a BIM model of an existing building.Through the application of BIM technology in the pre-reformation,design process,performance design and other aspects of the existing building renovation design,it is demonstrated that BIM has a positive effect on the design and management of the existing building renovation design stage.
