施工现场作业环境监测数据融合预警方法研究

Research on Early Warning Method for Operation Environment Monitoring Data Fusion in Construction Site

为预防施工现场作业环境安全隐患,避免人员伤害和安全事故的发生,利用多传感器数据融合技术,研究施工现场环境监测的预警机制。通过对施工现场环境参数的统计分析,首先探讨施工现场环境监测数据的分类,包括自然环境监测数据、物理性污染监测数据、化学性污染监测数据,然后利用自适应加权数据融合算法及模糊集理论的融合算法对多传感器进行数据融合,最后提出施工现场环境安全综合指数模型,并在此基础上开发施工现场作业环境监测预警手持系统。研究表明,这种数据融合方法相比单传感器监测数据的稳定性更高,可减小数据监测误差,以此构建的施工现场环境安全监测系统具有更高的精度。

In order to prevent the hidden danger of operation environment and avoid the occurrence of personnel injury and safety accident,the early warning mechanism of environmental monitoring in construction site is studied by using multi-sensor data fusion technology.The classification of environmental monitoring data of construction site based on statistical analysis the environmental parameters are discussed.Then,an adaptive weighted data fusion algorithm and a fuzzy set theory fusion algorithm are used to fuse the multi-sensor data.Finally,a comprehensive index model of operation environmental safety in construction site is put forward,and a early warning handheld system is developed on the basis of the modeh The result shows this method has higher stability and lower error rate compared to the single sensor monitoring data,and the handheld system also has higher precision.
