摘要
针对高速公路管养需远距离进行巡查的需求,设计了一套智能化垂直起降固定翼无人机系统。分析了高速公路巡查的任务要求并给出作业流程模式,针对特定需求设计开发垂直起降无人机平台、光电增稳吊舱、远距离传输设备,开发巡查管理信息系统,实现特定路段的日常巡检、特定目标的自动捕捉、实时定点监控以及高速公路巡查数据化。以沪常高速上海段为试验载体,验证了该系统的工作性能。
Aiming at the demand for highway maintenance,an intelligent vertical take-off and landing fixed-wing UAV system was designed to achieve long-distance patrol. A patrol flow pattern is provided according to the analysis of task requirements during highway inspections. The automatic routine patrol,specific targets capture,real-time fixed-point monitoring,and digitize of highway inspections are realized through designing and developing series of facilities and systems,including vertical take-off and landing drone platform,optoelectronic stabilizing pod, long-distance transmission equipment, and patrol management information system. Finally, the performance of the system is verified by the on-site test in Shanghai expressway.
