一体化管理在社区重性精神疾病患者的应用

The role of integrated management in community patients with severe mental illness

目的探讨一体化管理对社区重性精神疾病患者生活质量与社会功能的改善作用。方法选取中山市三乡镇社区卫生服务中心2017年5月2018年5月期间收治的90例社区重性精神疾病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组应用常规管理,观察组应用一体化管理,比较两种模式的管理效果。结果观察组管理后的GQOLi评分与PSP评分均高于对照组,复发率与肇事率(15.6%、6.7%)均低于对照组(44.4%、20.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一体化管理对社区重性精神疾病患者的病情控制具有积极影响,可明显改善其生活质量与社会功能,降低复发率与肇事率,值得推行。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated management on quality of life and social function of community patients with severe mental illness.Methods 90cases of severe mental illness in the Zhongshan Sanxiang Town Community Health Service Center from May 2017to May 2018were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45cases in each.The control group used routine management,the observation group applied integrated management,and to compare the management effect of the two models.Results The GQOLi score and PSP score of the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The recurrence rate and the accident rate (15.6%,6.7%)were lower than those of the control group (44.4%,20.0%),and the differences were all significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated management has a positive impact on the disease control of the patients with severe psychosis in the community.It can obviously improve the quality of life and social function,reduce the rate of recurrence and accident.It is worth carrying out.
