共情护理在耳鼻喉门诊内窥镜检查期间的应用

Application of empathy nursing in endoscopic examination of ENT clinic

目的观察共情护理对耳鼻喉内窥镜检查患者依从性、负面情绪以及满意度的影响。方法选取广州番禺区何贤纪念医院2016年1月-2017年6月耳鼻喉科门诊收治的150例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各75例。两组患者均行内窥镜检查,对照组给予常规护理,观察组增加共情护理,研究时长3个月。比较两组患者护理前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、依从性、满意度和并发症的发生率。结果护理后,观察组的VAS、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组;观察组的依从率、各方面的满意率均高于对照组;观察组的并发症发生率为5.33%,低于对照组的18.67%;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论共情护理可有效改善耳鼻喉内窥镜检查患者的负面情绪,提高其依从性与满意度,且明显降低并发症的发生率。

Objective To observe the influence of empathy nursing on compliance, negative emotion and satisfaction of patients undergoing otorhinolaryngoscopy. Methods 150 patients admitted to Guangzhou Panyu District Ho Hsien Memorial Hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 75 cases in each group. Two groups of patients underwent endoscopy, the control group received routine nursing, the observation group increased empathy nursing,and the duration of study was 3 months. The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS), self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS), compliance, satisfaction and incidence of complications were compared before and after nursing in the two groups. Results After nursing, the VAS, SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The compliance rate and satisfaction rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.33%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group with 18.67%. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Empathy nursing can improve the negative emotion of the patients with otolaryngoscopy, improve their compliance and satisfaction, and obviously reduce the incidence of complications.
