精细化管理在口腔门诊患者微创拔牙中的应用

Application of meticulous management in minimally invasive extraction of dental clinic patients

目的探讨精细化管理在口腔门诊患者微创拔牙中的应用效果。方法将高唐县人民医院2016年1-6月收治的48例微创拔牙患者作为对照组,给予常规护理与治疗,将2016年7-8月收治的48例微创拔牙患者作为观察组,采用医护合作的人文护理模式,比较两组护理满意程度、拔牙术后的相关知识知晓率和心率的变化。结果观察组依从性及护理满意度均高于对照组,观察组体征缓解时间、不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施精细化管理,即医护合作在责任制的基础上实施人文关怀与治疗护理,能减轻口腔门诊患者拔牙前的焦虑及恐惧感,提高患者遵嘱依从性,从而提高了医疗质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of meticulous management in minimally invasive extraction of dental clinic patients.Methods 48minimally invasive tooth extraction patients in Gaotang County People's Hospital from January to June 2016were selected as control group,given routine nursing and treatment,and 48minimally invasive tooth extraction patients from July to August 2016were selected as observation group, given humanistic nursing mode of medical care cooperation.The nursing satisfaction,awareness rate of related knowledge after the extraction of tooth extraction,heart rate were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance and nursing satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the remission time of signs and adverse reaction rate of observation group were lower than those of control group.The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of meticulous management,that is,the implementation of humanistic care and treatment nursing on the basis of the responsibility system,can reduce the anxiety and fear of dental outpatients before extraction,and improve compliance with the patients,thus improving the medical quality and nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
