摘要
目的识别南京市某钢铁企业400m^2烧结机技术改造项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素的种类,预测危害程度及职业卫生防护设施防护效果,论证该项目职业病防护措施的可行性。方法依据国家相关法规和标准,采用类比法及工程分析法进行定性及定量评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有一氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、氯化氢、氟化氢、石灰石粉尘、白云石粉尘、煤尘、其他粉尘、噪声、高温等。类比检测项目有其他粉尘、一氧化碳、噪声。粉尘检测值为0.4-15.9mg/m^3;一氧化碳检测值为1.14-2.28mg/m^3;噪声LEX,8h为75.6-79.1dB(A),检测结果均符合职业接触限值。预计职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)可控制在职业接触限值以内。结论该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,拟采取的职业病危害防护措施可行。
[Objective]To identify the occupational hazards possibly produced in the production processes of 400 m^2 sintering machine technological transformation project of a steel enterprise in Nanjing,predict the damage degree and the effects of occupational health protection facilities,and demonstrate the feasibility of occupational disease prevention measures.[Methods]According to the relevant national laws and regulations,the qualitative and quantitative evaluations were carried out with the analogy and engineering analysis methods.[Results]The main occupational hazard factors in this project were carbon monoxide,sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides,hydrogen chloride,hydrogen fluoride,limestone dust,dolomite dust,coal dust,other dust,noise,high temperature, etc. Analogous detection items were other dust,carbon monoxide and noise. Determination value of dust was 0.4-15.9 mg/m^3, carbon monoxide was 1.14-2.28 mg/m^3,and noise LEX,8 h was 75.6-79.1 dB(A),which all met the occupational exposure limits. We predicted the concentration (intensity) of occupational hazard factors could be controlled within the occupational exposure limits. [Conclusion] This project is classified as the project with severe occupational hazards. The occupational disease prevention measures to be taken are feasible.
