2009—2016年汉中市男男性行为人群HIV感染状况

HIV infection among men who have sex with men in Hanzhong City from 2009-2016

目的了解陕西省汉中市男男同性性行为(MSM)人群人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染状况,为制定MSM高危行为干预策略提供依据。方法对2009—2016年汉中市报告的203例MSMHIV/AIDS病例的流行病学特征进行描述分析。结果汉中市共发现MSMHIV/AIDS病例203例,MSM感染HIV的人数占HIV感染者总数的比例呈逐年上升趋势;年龄20~39岁人数最多(67.98%);婚姻状况以未婚占比最高(67.98%);文化程度以高中及以上为主(62.07%);地区分布以汉台区占比最高(38.92%)。结论2009—2016年汉中市MSMHIV/AIDS感染人数逐年上升,感染人群以青壮年、非婚状态为主,且主要集中在市中心城区,防控形势较为严峻,亟需采取针对性措施控制疫情蔓延。

[Objective]To understand the infection status of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) among men who have sex with men (MSM) in Hanzhong City of Shaanxi Province,provide the basis for developing intervention strategies for MSM high-risk behaviors.[Methods]The epidemiological characteristics of 203 HIV/AIDS cases of MSM in Hanzhoung City from 2009-2016 were analyzed descriptively.[Results]Totally 203 HIV/AIDS cases of MSM were reported in Hanzhoung City. The proportion of MSM infection in all HIV infected persons was increasing year by year. 67.98% of cases were people aged 20-39 years old, 67.98% were unmarried,62.07% had the education level of senior high school or above,and most of cases were reported in Hantai District(38.92%).[Conclusion]The number of HIV infections in MSM has increased year by year in Hanzhong City from 2009-2016,most of cases are young adults and unmarried,and mainly concentrate in the downtown area. AIDS prevention and control situation is more severe,and it is urgent to take targeted preventive interventions to control the spread of the epidemic.
