新疆阿勒泰市某中学哈萨克族中学生身体自尊的体育锻炼联合音乐疗法干预效果评价 被引量:1

Evaluation on intervention effect of physical exercise combined with music therapy on physical self-esteem among Kazakh students in a middle school of Aletai City in Xinjiang

摘要 目的了解体育锻炼联合音乐疗法对新疆哈萨克族中学生身体自尊的干预效果,为哈萨克族中学生身心健康发展提供支持。方法在新疆阿勒泰市某中学在自愿知情的原则下招募符合条件的150名哈萨克族中学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组、体育锻炼干预组、体育锻炼联合音乐疗法组,进行8周的体育锻炼和音乐疗法干预,干预前后分别采用身体自尊量表进行调查并对结果进行比较分析。结果对照组中学生干预前后身体自尊各维度得分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。经过8周体育锻炼干预后,除了健康、力量、速度维度方面相比差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)外,其他各维度干预后得分均显著高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。体育锻炼联合音乐疗法干预后,中学生在身体自尊各维度方面得分均显著高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论体育锻炼联合音乐疗法对哈萨克族中学生身体自尊各维度的干预效果优于体育锻炼干预组和对照组。 [Objective]To understand the intervention effect of physical exercise combined with music therapy on the physical self-esteem of Kazakh middle school students in Xinjiang,provide support for the development of physical and mental health of Kazakh middle school students.[Methods]Under the principle of voluntary and informed consent,150 Kazakh middle school students were recruited from a middle school in Aletai City,and were randomly divided into control group,physical exercise intervention group,and physical exercise combined with music therapy group. An intervention of physical exercise combined with music therapy was performed for eight weeks. The body self-esteem scale was used in investigation before and after the intervention respectively,and the results were compared.[Results]The differences in scores of all dimensions in physical selfesteem of Kazakh middle school students were not statistically significant between before and after the intervention (all P>0.05). After eight weeks of physical exercise intervention,there were not statistically significant differences in scores of health,strength, and speed dimensions(all P>0.05),and the scores of other dimensions after the intervention were higher than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). After the intervention of physical exercise combined with music therapy,the scores of all dimensions in physical self-esteem of middle school students were higher than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05)[. Conclusion]The physical exercise combined with music therapy has better intervention effect on all dimensions of physical self-esteem in Kazakh middle school students than physical exercise intervention group and control group.
