应用低频振幅技术研究脑小血管病患者脑功能改变 被引量:1

Study on the changes of brain function in patients with small cerebral angiopathy by low frequency amplitude technique

摘要 目的探索脑小血管病患者认知功能及静息态功能磁共振低频振幅(ALFF)的关系。方法纳入中山市中医院门诊及住院就诊的22例患者作为实验组,并招募16例健康志愿者作为对照组。采用MMSE量表评估所有受试者认知功能,采用磁共振功能成像技术进行数据采集,采用独立样本t检验比较两组ALFF值差异。结果与健康对照组比较,脑小血管病组双侧额上回、双侧额中回、左侧楔前叶ALFF值减低(P<0.05)。结论脑小血管病患者认知功能减低,脑默认网络多个脑区ALFF值减低,提示疾病可能造成自发性脑活动损伤。 Objective To explore the relationship between cognitive function and amplitude of low frequency fluctuation (ALFF)of resting function in patients with cerebral small vessel disease.Methods Twenty -two outpatients and inpatients ever got treatment in Zhongshan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were enrolled as the experimental group,and 16 healthy volunteers were recruited as the control group.MMSE scale was used to evaluate the cognitive function of all subjects.Functional magnetic resonance imaging (FMRI)was used to collect data and two samples t-test was used to compare ALFF values between the two groups.Results The ALFF values of bilateral superior frontal gyrus,bilateral middle frontal gyrus and left anterior cuneiform were decreased in the patients with cerebral small vessel disease compared with those in the healthy control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The cognitive function of patients with cerebral small vessel disease is decreased,and ALFF value of brain default network is decreased,suggesting that the disease may cause spontaneous brain activity injury.
