摘要
目的探讨及评价创新性实验在营养与食品卫生学实验教学改革中的应用效果。方法对蚌埠医学院2015级营养学专业学生《营养学教程》部分授课内容实施了创新性实验,并在实验教学后对54名学生发放问卷进行效果评价。结果调查结果显示,72.2%的学生对创新性实验非常感兴趣,认为创新性实验对理论课学习促进作用很大的占66.7%。在对营养与食品卫生学实验课需求情况的调查中,选择"创新性实验"的占53.7%,可见大部分学生对创新性实验比较认可。结论创新性实验在一定程度上可以提高学生的参与度,激发兴趣,更大程度凸显自主学习,是一种促进教学效果提高的有效教学模式,在营养与食品卫生学实验教学中具有很强的可行性及良好的实践效果。
Objective To discuss and evaluate the effect of innovative experiments in the teaching reform of Nutrition and Food Hygiene.Methods 54 students in food hygiene and nutrition of grade 2015 were randomly assigned,innovative experimental teaching method was used in section chapters of experimental teaching in Nutrition and Food Hygiene,a questionnaire was issued to evaluate the effect after the teaching.Results The results showed that 72.2% of the students performed great interested in innovative experiments,66.7% of the students think that the reform has a great effect on the theoretical studies.53.7% of the students select the innovative experiments in the survey of the demanding,so most of the students agree with the innovative experiments.Conclusions The innovative experiments could improve students’ participation at a certain degree,stimulate their interests and highlight their autonomous learning.Innovative experiment is an effective teaching method,which have better feasibility and practice in nutrition and food hygiene’s experimental teaching.
