糖尿病专科护士执业能力现状及影响因素分析

The present situation of the professional ability of diabetes nurses specialist and influential factor analysis

目的分析糖尿病护理专科护士的执业能力现状及其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样的方法,于2017年2—10月对四个城市10家三甲医院糖尿病专科护士进行问卷调查,共获得有效问卷151份。采用调查问卷对护士的技术能力、健康教育能力、管理和指导能力、科研能力和沟通能力等方面进行评估,统计分析糖尿病护士执业能力现状及其影响因素。结果护士自评条目得分最高的是专业技术能力4.42分,最低的是科研能力3.85。是否接受糖尿病专科护士培训以及培训方式和所在医院不同对护士执业能力都有一定程度的影响。结论目前糖尿病专科护士执业能力较好,提高对专科护士的重视程度,加强专科护士的培训,以提高糖尿病患者的治疗效率。

Objective To understand the status of professional ability of the Diabetes Nurses Specialist and influential factors.Methods By cluster sampling method,151 cases of diabetes nurses specialist were investigated in 10 third-class hospitals in four cities.151 effective questionnaires were obtained from February to October 2017.The nurses'technical ability,health education ability,management and guidance ability,scientific research ability and communication ability were evaluated by questionnaire,and the present situation of diabetes nurses'practicing ability and its influencing factors were analyzed statistically.Results The highest score of selfassessment was 4.42,which is professional technical ability,and the lowest was 3.85 for scientific research.The diabetes specialist nurses training and training methods even the different hospitals are the influence factors.Conclusions The practice ability of diabetes nurse is fine. In order to improve the efficiency of the treatment of patients with diabetes,we need to improve diabetes outpatient nursing work,strengthen the training of specialist nurse.
