脑卒中患者中期照护模式的研究进展

Research Progress of Intermediate Care Model in Stroke Patients

随着我国加速进入老年社会,老年脑卒中患者的数量逐渐增加,对现行的医疗服务体系提出了巨大挑战。经过急性期的系统治疗后,脑卒中患者的身心功能仍需要一段整合性医疗服务来协助恢复他们急性期后的独立自主生活能力,因此,衍生出一种新型照护服务模式——中期照护,本文主要对脑卒中、中期照护及脑卒中后实施中期照护的必要性和研究现状等内容进行综述,同时建议脑卒中中期照护模式的建立应优先考虑社区医院、建立专业的脑卒中照护团队并给予专业化的培训。

The number of older patients with stroke is gradually increasing with ageing society.It presents a significant challenge for current medical service system.Integrated medical services are needed to optimize recovery of physical and mental functions in older patients with stroke after the acute phase.Intermediate care is a new model of care services.This paper summarizes the overview and the necessity of intermediate care in patients with post stroke.The establishment of intermediate care model for stroke is suggested to giving priority to community hospitals.Professional care team should be developed to provide professional training.
