运动训练对窒息患儿早期生长发育影响的研究 被引量:2

Study on the effect of exercise training on early growth and development of infants with asphyxia

摘要 目的探讨被动训练对窒息患儿生命早期体格发育、智能发育及运动发育的影响,为窒息患儿早期进行被动训练干预提供依据。方法选取2015年6月-2016年6月在该院分娩的足月窒息儿87例为研究对象,按照培训方式分为干预组(44例)和对照组(43例),干预组在接受培训内容包括喂养、营养搭配、必要维生素补充方法、常见疾病预防等指导的基础上,接受早期运动干预培训,测量并计算两组婴儿出生至42d、42d^2个月、2个月~3个月,3个月~6个月4个阶段体质量、身长、头围的净增值和6个月时的智力发育指数及运动发育指数。结果干预组窒息患儿体质量及头围在出生至42d、42d^2个月、2个月~3个月净增值均较对照组高(均P<0.05),干预组窒息患儿身长在4个阶段净增值和6个月时智力发育指数及运动发育指数均较对照组高(均P<0.05)。结论窒息患儿在6个月之前进行运动干预训练可促进其体格发育、智能发育及运动发育。 Objective To explore the effect of passive training on physical development,intellectual development,and motor development of infants with asphyxia at early stage of life,provide a basis for early passive training intervention for these infants.Methods Eighty-seven full- term infants with asphyxia born in Dalian Municipal Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into intervention group ( 44 infants) and control group ( 43 infants) according to training mode.The infants in intervention group were given early exercise training intervention based on conventional intervention ( feeding,nutrition collocation,essential vitamin supplementation method,common disease prevention) .The net gains of weight,length,and head circumference from birth to 42 days,from 42 days to two months,during 2-3 months and 3-6 months,mental development index and psychomotive development index at 6 months were measured and calculated.Results The net gains of weight and head circumference from birth to 42 days,from 42 days to two months,during 2-3 months in intervention group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group ( P< 0.05) .The net gains of height during four time periods,mental development index and psychomotive development index at 6 months in intervention group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group ( P<0.05) .Conclusion Exercise training can promote physical,intelligent,and motor development before 6 months in children with asphyxia.
