异色闪烁光度法测量健康人群黄斑色素光密度的方法学研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的使用异色闪烁光度法(heterochromatic flicker photometry, HFP)测量我国健康人群黄斑色素光密度(macular pigment optical density, MPOD)水平,报告双眼结果及其一致性,探讨测量位点选择、各位点的应用价值等方法学问题。方法 2007年6月至2008年12月共收集281名健康成年人,男96人,女185人,年龄17~85岁。测量黄斑中心凹0.25°、0.5°、1.0°、1.75°MPOD水平,以中心凹旁7°为参考点。结果 281人均进行了1.0°的测量,其他位点部分受试者完成,完成双眼全部位点检测需60~90 min。右眼0.25°、0.5°、1.0°、1.75°MPOD分别为0.56、0.48、0.35、0.18,左眼为0.57、0.50、0.36、0.20,双眼相关系数分别为0.81、0.82、0.74、0.69(P <0.01)。结论健康人群双眼MPOD一致性非常好。不同测量位点难度不同,需根据受试者具体情况确定。0.25°难度最大,但变异最小。测量多个位点可得到其空间分布信息。建立健康人群的正常值参考尚需进一步大样本研究。 Objective To study the methodology of measuring macular pigment optical density(MPOD) in a healthy Chinese population using heterochromatic flicker photometry(HFP), to discuss binocular consistency and application value of each test site. Methods Two hundred and eighty-one healthy adults aged 17~85 years were enrolled in this study, including 96 males and 185 females. HFP was used to measure foveal MPOD at 0.25°, 0.5°, 1.0°, and 1.75° eccentricity, and parafoveal MPOD at 7° eccentricity. Results All 281 subjects completed measurement at 1.0 °, 272 completed measurement at 0.5° and 1.0°, 235 completed at 0.5°, 1.0°, and 1.75°, and 222 completed at 0.25°, 0.5°, 1.0° and 1.75°.It took 60~90 min to complete this measurement at 4 foveal and 1 parafoveal sites in both eyes. MPOD were 0.56, 0.48,0.35 and 0.18 at 0.25°, 0.5°, 1.0° and 1.75° in the right eye and 0.57, 0.50, 0.36, and 0.20 in the left eye. Correlation coefficients of MPOD in both eyes at 0.25°, 0.5°, 1.0° and 1.75° were 0.81, 0.82, 0.74 and 0.69(P<0.01). Conclusions MPOD of this healthy population shows high consistency in both eyes. The difficulty in completing this task at certain eccentricities varies, especially for the elderly. Obtaining MPOD at multiple eccentricities may provide the spatial distribution of MPOD. Studies with large sample size of healthy population would be warranted for further clinical evaluation.
