苍蓝口服液含量测定中供试品溶液制备方法的探讨

改进和完善苍蓝口服液中盐酸小檗碱含量测定的供试品溶液制备方法。精密量取苍蓝口服液5mL,置25mL容量瓶中,加流动相稀释至刻度,摇匀,过滤,取续滤液作为供试品溶液。结果表明,供试品溶液制备改进后的方法简单高效、准确性高、重现性好,适用于苍蓝口服液中盐酸小檗碱含量检测。

To improve and perfect the preparation method of the sample solution for berberine hydrochloride determination in Canglan oral liquid.Take Precisely 5mL Canglan oral liquid and dilute to volume with mobile phase in a 25mL volumetric flask,shake,filter,and continue to use the filtrate as the sample solution.The established method was simple,accurate and sensitive,which could be applied to the quality control of Canglan oral liquid.
