白花地胆草复方注射液的安全性评价

Safety evaluation of compound Folium Rumicis Dehtati injection

确定自制白花地胆草复方注射液临床应用的安全性。采用改良寇氏法测定自制白花地胆草复方注射液的急性毒性试验,同时进行了热原检查及刺激性试验。结果表明,白花地胆草复方注射液对小白鼠腹腔注射的半数致死量(LD50)为25.6 g/kg;无热原性,无刺激性,动物肌内注射给药安全可靠。

To evaluate the safety of compound Folium Rumicis Dehtati injectionin clinical application,LD50 in mice was determined by improved Karber method,pyrogen,stimulation test were detected.The result of its acute toxicity test indicated: LD50 of the compound injection was 25.6g/kg·bw,which belonged to non-toxic and was non-inflammatory,pyrogen-free.
