How is the Priority Possible——Rawls's Critique of Intuitionism and Its Enlightenment on "Priority Issues"

价值冲突发生时往往通过诉诸优先问题予以解决。直觉主义具有不可解释性和无优先性的特点,因此不能成功解决优先问题。罗尔斯提倡的"词典式的序列"的方法试图克服直觉主义的局限性。它对解决优先问题的启示是:完全依靠直觉和完全排斥直觉都是不可取的,要最大限度考虑人类价值体系的丰富性。

Value conflicts often occur by resorting to priority issues. Intuitionism has been characterized by unexplainable and non-priority,and therefore it cannot successfully solve the priority problem. Rawls ’s advocacy of the " lexical order" approach seeks to overcome the limitations of intuitionism. Its enlightenment on solving the priority problem is that we should not entirely rely on intuition or completely reject intuition. Otherwise,we should maximally consider the richness of the human value system.
