钛纤维直径及多孔钛孔径对生物材料表面细胞活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 纤维烧结多孔钛是目前发展较快的一类生物医用金属材料,采用体外细胞毒性试验检测多孔钛表面的细胞存活率,研究了钛纤维直径及多孔钛孔径对材料表面细胞活性的影响,结果表明,与直接接触法相比,浸提液的细胞存活率即细胞含量相对较高,多孔钛的浸提液对细胞的生长有一定的影响,钛纤维直径和孔径均相对较小的100目样品上细胞活性较强。
